DESCRIPTION:Power • Consent • Touch\nCreating Safety and Realising Choice\nDiscover how conscious choice\, embodied consent\, and mindful touch create safety\, regulate the nervous system\, and transform the way we connect. Through playful experiential practices\, you’ll learn to listen to the language of your body\, honour your boundaries and desires\, and experience the freedom that comes from authentic choice. \nA playful and experiential workshop exploring the transformative power of understanding your nervous system and consent. Learn to recognize your body’s signals\, trust your inner yes and no\, communicate your boundaries with clarity\, and discover how conscious touch and authentic choice create safety\, deepen connection\, and invite greater ease\, freedom\, and joy. \nWe will decouple sex and touch which so often in the west is mixed up. We will explore also beliefs that we might have around touch\, intimacy and sexuality. \nThis workshop I call sometimes Intimacy Lab. The authenticity\, vulnerability\, courage to show yourself\, and compassion which we will practice\, create foundation for intimate encounters in your life. Intimate does not always mean sexual\, it has much more to do with courage of being yourself\, showing yourself to others as you are and taking others in their true as they are.
