I am a guide, a dream-explorer, lover of life, someone diving with you within to connect hidden threads in your life, to bring forgotten parts home. I am a companion on the road to what is awaiting you when you dare, someone to hold your hand when the road gets bumpy or the clouds get dark, and a friend to cherish special moments and celebrate life.
I see you as a miracle to be discovered and feel honored to accompany you in that self-discovery process. Yes, it sometimes needs clearing of the basement, decluttering of beliefs, and putting piece by piece the armour aside. Still, underneath all that, you are whole. You just need to remember. Remember the love that called you into this life. Remember that you are a wonder. Remember all the parts of yourself that might have gotten lost along the way, for life is sometimes a tough experience. And finally remember that your life is a gift, it is unique and it won’t be repeated in your form ever again. So it is worth living it happily, it is worth following your heart, listening to the deep desire of your soul, and sharing your gifts with others, or even simply finding peace. And it is worth starting NOW
My Approach & Values
I believe that we live in era in which every healing of a wound, every opening of a heart, every fulfilment in a human life adds to our global awakening and well-being. From a cosmic perspective we may seem small and insignificant, yet every life is precious and unique like you and me.
In order to make a bigger shift in humanity, we need to make many small shifts in our lives, one by one. Small decisions matter. You matter. Global awakening does not happen for all simultaneously. Little daily acts of kindness towards yourself and others change your experience and the world.
Times of purification, transformation, or death and (re)birth are chaotic and often confusing. It is true for individuals and even more for a civilization. In this period of transition or awakening, I offer you company and guidance. Even by touching what is painful and scary we can find the place of power within and the beauty that uplifts our heart. And so much more by holding onto Joy, which is our innate compass.

Core of my work is based on following principles
So why do I call upon four elements and ether?
Firstly, because they are figuratively the building blocks of reality and processes we go through. Some elements are very familiar to us, some feel known and safe while others are more unknown or challenging and yet all of them are present in us and our lives.
Secondly, we also go through purifications and transformation that are ruled by elements: sometimes literally when our house is taken by fire, hurricane, earthquake or flood but more often figuratively, when we crush to the ground, are burning with rage or drowning in grief etc. We go through small and big cycles in our lives. We get dissolved and we reemerge transformed. Step by step we become freer from what covered us and closer to what we are longing to be in the end. To some degree we are adepts seeking a more happy and balanced life, more authentic expression of ourselves in private and professional life, more integrity, and harmonious coexistence with others. Sometimes we seek understanding of our connection with the Whole, the Spirit, the Invisible, especially when what we experience shakes us awake. All modalities that I offer help you in their specific ways to reach these goals.
