Hi, I’m Agni Ledwon, and through grounded, compassionate 1:1 sessions and individual healing retreats, I support you in moving through what is heavy, healing what is ready to be healed, and finding a life that feels more like your own.
How do I work? However, your body, heart, and soul lead me. I do not fix you. I just listen deeply and help you reconnect with THIS in you, which knows what is needed, which knows your way.
Even if you dread to think about some parts of yourself, or dreams that come to you, there is a deeper wisdom in them if you take the courage to look and meet them. And meeting them is to meet yourself. I promise you that each piece of you carries some gifts and longs to come home.
What I offer is not psychotherapy, but more trauma-informed, transformative spiritual work. A tender yet deep, one‑to‑one space to soften, release, rebalance, and reconnect you with that aliveness in your own being which feels like home.
How did I get here?
After graduating from law school, I realized my true calling lay in exploring the deeper mysteries of the soul, heart, and body—initiating a life-long personal healing journey to resolve my own childhood trauma, chronic psychosomatic pain, and mysterious ailments.
This path first led me to a mystical Sufi meditation camp in the Swiss Alps, where I spent decades exploring the path of the heart, various mystical traditions and bridging my inner spiritual life with physical embodiment.
My personal recovery was ultimately completed when I decided to tap into body and energy work, especially body de-armouring, which taught me that the body is a wise keeper of our personal and ancestral memories and a wonderful guide to healing.
By learning to integrate the unseen essence of the soul with the somatic intelligence of the body, I moved from a state of physical and emotional freeze into deep, mostly pain-free embodiment; a transformative journey that now forms the compassionate foundation of how I guide others back home to themselves.
My Aproach and Values
Complementary to psychotherapy, healing requires us to tend to the unseen essence of the soul, the physical reality of the body, and the intricate ways they weave through our lives. These realms are rarely governed by everyday logic; they often defy conventional scientific proof and can seem entirely mysterious to the analytical mind. Yet, they speak directly to an ancient, intuitive wisdom present within each of us. Throughout my journey, I have gathered and integrated a diverse tapestry of powerful modalities to support this total alignment:
- Transpersonal Dreamwork & Astrology: Exploring the subconscious and soul architecture to lift the veils of who we are.
- Body De-Armouring: Releasing stored individual and collective trauma, cellular memory, and the withholding emotional patterns body’s deep-seated “freeze” responses to restore our natural, pain-free state.
- Sound Therapy & Sacred Chant: Utilizing vibrational medicine to quiet the mind and activate the body’s innate capacity for self-healing.
- Creativity: A tool of self-exploration and self-healing.
- Life Transition Training, Ministry & Guiding Healing Retreats: Serving as an Interfaith Minister: Cherag of Universal Worship, holding sacred space for individuals navigating life’s profound thresholds—from grief, crisis, preparation for death to happy transitions and new beginnings.
Healing In Our Times
I believe that we live in era in which every healing of a wound, every opening of a heart, every fulfillment in a human life adds to our global awakening and well-being. From a cosmic perspective we may seem small and insignificant, yet every life is precious and unique like you and me.
In order to make a bigger shift in humanity, we need to make many small shifts in our lives, one by one. Small decisions matter. You matter. Global awakening does not happen for all simultaneously. Little daily acts of kindness towards yourself and others change your experience and the world.
Times of purification, transformation, or death and (re)birth are chaotic and often confusing. It is true for individuals and even more for a civilization. In this period of transition or awakening, I offer you company and guidance. Even by touching what is painful and scary we can find the place of power within and the beauty that uplifts our heart. And so much more by holding onto Joy, which is our innate compass.
