About Me

I completed my law studies, but already during university, I realised that being a lawyer would not make me happy. So I began to search. That search led me to a School of Healing and Mantic Arts. Initially I chose the path of the Mantic Arts and specialised in astrology.

At the same time, in my early twenties, a series of seemingly coincidental events brought me to The Zemith Meditation Summer Camp in the magnificent Swiss Alps, which we simply called the Sufi Camp, initiated by Pir Vilayat Khan. It was a place that not only healed many of the wounds I still carried from childhood, but also truly stole my heart. I loved the mountains, even more the loving community of people, and finally this open path embracing all traditions of the world. I came just to see what it was about, registered for three weeks, and ended up returning for twenty‑nine consecutive summers.

It was a deeply nourishing journey and became a huge source of international connections, healing and profound spiritual practice. Within a few years my troubled, traumatised mind was transformed in a big way. I did find a spiritual guide to whom I felt I could entrust myself – Shahabuddin David Less – and that feeling proved to be right.

With time, I discovered ways to care for myself better, not to be forever caught in triggered reactions and automatic patterns of thinking based on fear and past experience. Quite naturally, this path drew me ever more deeply into spiritual healing. 

My Approach & Values

I believe that we live in era in which every healing of a wound, every opening of a heart, every fulfillment in a human life adds to our global awakening and well-being. From a cosmic perspective we may seem small and insignificant, yet every life is precious and unique like you and me.

In order to make a bigger shift in humanity, we need to make many small shifts in our lives, one by one. Small decisions matter. You matter. Global awakening does not happen for all simultaneously. Little daily acts of kindness towards yourself and others change your experience and the world.

Times of purification, transformation, or death and (re)birth are chaotic and often confusing. It is true for individuals and even more for a civilization. In this period of transition or awakening, I offer you company and guidance. Even by touching what is painful and scary we can find the place of power within and the beauty that uplifts our heart. And so much more by holding onto Joy, which is our innate compass.
