You have started meditating but encounter difficulties, distractions, or inner resistance — or perhaps you simply long to sit with someone, because sometimes it is easier to go deeper together.


Maybe you wish to learn how to quiet the mind, create more space between thoughts, and bring greater calm into your daily life — so that small storms no longer sweep you off your feet.


I sit with you and gently guide you in finding supportive posture, breath, and inner attitude, so that your awareness can deepen and meditation becomes more spacious, peaceful, and nourishing — both on the cushion and in life.

HEALING PRESENCE MENTORING

Develop or deepen your healing presence — whether to support your loved ones more consciously or to enrich the work you already do professionally. You do not have to be a “healer” for this. You may be a teacher, massage therapist, coach, therapist, or simply someone who works closely with people and wants to cultivate a calmer, more grounded, and healing quality of presence.

Healing presence grows through awareness, intention, breath, and the ability to gently move the ego out of the way. These qualities can be developed through meditative practice and embodied awareness. Over time, meditation becomes more than something practiced in stillness — it becomes a way of being: present, connected, and attuned to life in each moment.

Ultimately, this work is not only about supporting others, but also about bringing more depth, clarity, balance, and aliveness into your own life.

HOW DO WE WORK TOGETHER

Each session is shaped around your needs and unfolds as a gentle, guided exploration of presence, awareness, and embodied connection. We may pay attention to posture, breath, body awareness, nervous system regulation, directing energy in the body, conscious touch, guided meditation or spiritual attunement, depending on what supports you best in allowing the state of meditation or healing presence.

Along the way, you learn to notice what takes you out of presence and how to work with issues that come up while in this state and return to a calmer, clearer, and more grounded state. Over time, this becomes less of a “practice” and more a natural way of meeting yourself, others, and life.

Sessions

  • Single session 70-120€. It is a sliding scale, so people of different walks of life can afford it.
  • If you are drawn to me and this type of work, but you still need a reduction, let me know; we will find a solution.
