You also may feel called to an individual healing retreat when life no longer fits the person you once were. Perhaps old ways of being, relating, or seeing yourself are falling away, yet the next chapter has not fully revealed itself.
A private retreat offers a dedicated space to pause, listen deeply, release what no longer serves you, shed your old skin, and reconnect with the person you are becoming.
It is an opportunity to step away from daily demands and give yourself the time, presence, and support needed to navigate change with greater clarity, ease, and trust.
It creates the kind of spaciousness in which you can rest deeply, listen to yourself, and begin to feel your own guidance again. It is for people who want meaningful, one-to-one support in a quiet setting, away from distraction, noise, and other people’s expectations.
HOW AN ONLINE HEALING RETREAT WORKS
You go on retreat in a place of your choice, as long as it allows for silence, privacy, and a full break from everyday contact. It might be your home, or some beaututiful quiet place preferably in nature.
During the retreat you remain offline, with the exception of our daily communication and guidance.
The retreat is not about being left alone without support. If you have someone who can bring meals to your door, wonderful. If not, preparing food and caring for your own daily needs can become part of the healing retreat itself—a simple and grounding practice of presence, self-care, and nourishment.
It is about having a clear, protected rhythm, while I accompany you online with presence, direction, and 1:1 processing whenever something important surfaces.
WHAT MAY ARISE IN THE RETREAT
A retreat can open many layers of experience. You may feel yourself soften, rest, and come home to your body, settle in your heart, experience the brilliance of your soul.
You may also meet emotions, memories, insight, grief, longing, or a deeper sense of your own truth.
It is worth to remeber that a spiritual retreat is not a form of therapy, nor is it intended to replace professional psychological support. Instead, it offers a different path — one rooted in presence, awareness, and compassion.
Whatever emerges during the retreat is welcomed with openness rather than analysed or fixed. Through meditation, contemplation, embodiment, and other spiritual practices, you are invited to meet your experience directly and allow it to unfold in its own wisdom. For many people, this creates space for insights, healing, and transformation that arise not through understanding alone, but through a deeper connection with themselves.
Healing retreat may include breathing practices, sacred sounds and mantras, prayer, remembrance practices, movement, time in nature, or creative expression. If something meaningful surfaces, we process it together in 1:1 online work so that the retreat stays grounded, personal, and supportive rather than overwhelming.

Perhaps you ask yourself how long the retreat can be. It depends on how much time you can dedicate to it and in what place in Life you are. Though if it is your frst experience 1-3 days is plenty. Later retreats might be 5, 7, 10 day and longer.
We begin with a preparation meeting, continue with daily guidance during the retreat, and close with an integration session about a week later so the experience can settle into your life.
