LOVING PRESENCE
1:1 EMBODIED PROCESSING AND SOULWORK
"Life is an opportunity to satisfy the thirst and hunger of the soul."
~Hazrat Inayat Khan
LOVING PRESENCE
Sometimes we touch upon darkness in ourselves. Other times we witness how others are falling into their void… Just being there, present, in kindness with compassion is plenty. No need to change anything.
Love is an answer… A bridge that connects all of us and all parts of us within.
What is Embodied Soul Healing?
There is a place within where the soul whispers through muscle memory, feelings, sensations, and breath.
Embodied SoulWork is not a technique — it is a remembering.
It is the art of listening to the sacred language of the body, where every ache, numbness, pause, or tension carries a message from the depths of your being.
The SoulWork is not abstract or distant, but intimately woven into your skin, your heartbeat, your longing.
FOR WHOM AND WHY?
For You who feel the weight of invisible threads: old griefs, stuck anger, anxiety, despair, inherited stories, unnamable blockade, forgotten dreams.
For You whose body carry echoes of emotions of the past that sometimes even cannot be named.
For You stuck in the same old loops despite years of trying to “figure it out.”
Finally also for You who just want to become more intimate with your Soul, with her whispers guiding you to dance Your sacred dance of life!
This work helps the soul speak where the mind cannot or is getting confused.
It brings relief, release, and reconnection.
It softens the walls between past and present.
Finally it teaches you to live from within, here and now — with tenderness and truth and respecting your body’s wisdom, heart’s desire and soul’s becoming.
HOW DOES THE SESSION FLOW?
We begin with what’s alive now:
a sensation, an emotion, a frustration, an issue you strugle with, a question that you have, a wordless longing.
As we come to the SoulWork itself, You sit (if you can), spine straight but relaxed, so the energy can flow with ease, eyes closed, and we follow the breath of the body.
I ask gentle questions — you answer not from your head, but from the body’s sensations, impulses, images, memories. Sometimes it takes the moment to adjust since our culture is so much in the head and often disconects us from the body.
If you have tendecies to dissociate, maybe the first work is to help you stay present in the body. Only so little, and yet sometimes so much.
We allow the body to guide the healing.
No rush. No fixing. Just presence, curiosity, and trust. Getting know the voices within and connecting them with the loving presence of the Soul.
And something opens…
something shifts.
It always does…
