A playful and experiential workshop exploring how mindful presence, authentic communication, consent, and conscious touch help regulate the nervous system, build trust, deepen intimacy, and awaken the joy of genuine human connection.
Through simple embodied practices, you’ll discover how safety, curiosity, and play can become gateways to greater aliveness, ease, and more nourishing relationships with yourself and with others.

Facilitation

Agnieszka Ledwon has been walking the Sufi path for nearly thirty years. She is a retreat facilitator, spiritual healer, and Cherag of the Universal Worship.
Integrating spiritual healing with embodied awareness, she is a body de-armouring practitioner and an educator in the fields of intimacy, conscious relationships, and authentic connection. She also works as an astrologer and a transpersonal dreamwork guide.
Through these complementary paths, she accompanies people in profound processes of healing and transformation, helping them reconnect with the wisdom of the body and the deeper calling of the heart and soul.
