Through playful experiential practices, you’ll learn to listen to the language of your body, honour your boundaries and desires, and experience the freedom that comes from authentic choice.

A playful and experiential workshop exploring the transformative power of consent. Learn to recognize your body’s signals, trust your inner yes and no, communicate your boundaries with clarity, and discover how conscious touch and authentic choice create safety, deepen connection, and invite greater ease, freedom, and joy.

Facilitation

Agnieszka Ledwon has been walking the Sufi path for nearly thirty years. She is a retreat facilitator, spiritual healer, and Cherag of the Universal Worship.
Integrating spiritual healing with embodied awareness, she is a body de-armouring practitioner and an educator in the fields of intimacy, conscious relationships, and authentic connection. She also works as an astrologer and a transpersonal dreamwork guide.
Through these complementary paths, she accompanies people in profound processes of healing and transformation, helping them reconnect with the wisdom of the body and the deeper calling of the heart and soul.
